However, in the unlikely event that your product gets damaged during shipping, you can reach out to us via email or Instagram with a clear photo of the damaged or leaking product. Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange or a discount on your next purchase, at our discretion.

If you receive an incorrect product, not matching your order, you can follow these simple steps to request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving your order:

Steps to Initiate a Return/Refund:

1. Contact our Customer Support team by email or Instagram within two business days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order ID along with your request for return, replacement, or refund. Please provide a photo of the product along with the invoice for verification.
3. For refunds or replacements, ensure the products are returned to us in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact, within 15 days.

• If a replacement is requested, it will be subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
